Slowcooker Kale Soup
Slowcooker Kale Soup for dinner tonight!! So delicious and kids loved it too!! 🥣❤️

Ingredients:
2 boxes vegetable broth
2 (14.5 ounce) cans white beans, rinsed and drained
2 cans diced tomatoes drained
1/2 onion, unchopped
3 cloves whole garlic cloves
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 bunches kale, torn into small pieces
2 carrots, chopped, or more to taste
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
*I added Wylers chicken powder for my flavor!

Directions:
Combine the vegetable stock, beans, onion half, garlic cloves, salt, black pepper in a slow cooker; cook on Low for 8 hours.

Remove and discard the onion and garlic.

Switch slow cooker to 'high' setting. Add the pasta to the stock mixture. Stir the kale, celery, carrots and chicken powder/cubed into the soup; cook until the carrots are tender, about 30 minutes to 1 hour more.
