Shredded BBQ Chicken Sandwich

This sandwich will MELT in your MOUTH!  Its a family FAVORITE and leaves my kids wanting MORE! 
This dish is awesome as a left over too!!

Ingredients
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing 
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce     

Directions:
  1. Place chicken in a slow cooker. In a bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, Italian salad dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the chicken.
  2. Cover, and cook 3 to 4 hours on High or 6 to 8 hours on Low. 
    3. The last 30 minutes, shred chicken in crock pot with a fork. Let cook for 30 more minutes.  May want to add cornstarch to thicken.

     

Amazing Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:
* 1 pound ground turkey
* 1 tablespoon garlic powder
* 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (a little less if kids eat them)
* 1 teaspoon dried minced onion (optional)
* 1 egg
* 1/2 cup crushed cheese flavored crackers 


Directions:  
  1. Preheat a grill for high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, minced onion, egg and crackers using your hands. Form into four fat patties.
  3. Place patties on the grill, and cook for about 5 minutes per side, until well done.
  4. For an extra bonus taste, I added guacamole and tomato...YUM!!!
