Shredded BBQ Chicken Sandwich

This sandwich will MELT in your MOUTH!  Its a family FAVORITE and leaves my kids wanting MORE! 
This dish is awesome as a left over too!!

  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing 
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce     

  1. Place chicken in a slow cooker. In a bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, Italian salad dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the chicken.
  2. Cover, and cook 3 to 4 hours on High or 6 to 8 hours on Low. 
    3. The last 30 minutes, shred chicken in crock pot with a fork. Let cook for 30 more minutes.  May want to add cornstarch to thicken.



  1. Made this last night and everyone said it was so good! We only used 4 frozen chicken breasts (the ones we buy are from Costco and they are big). We set the timer for 7 hours and the chicken was cooked perfectly. Will definitely be making this again...and again :) Thank you, Misty, for sharing this super easy and delicious meal! Next up are the turkey burgers!!
