Christmas Egg Casserole

Ingredients:
~ Bob Evans Pork Sausage
~ 9 eggs beaten slightly
~ 3 c milk
~ 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
~ 1 tsp salt
~ 3 slices white bread cubed
~ 1/2 c cheddar cheese
~ 1/2 c swiss cheese
*Feel free to add any veggies you love!

Directions:
Brown sausage....drain
Combine next 4 ingredients in bowl
Add sausage
Pour in pan 13x9 inch pan
Add bread cubes and cheese
Cover and have it sit overnight in the refrigerator.
Next day, bake for 1 hour at 425 degrees
