Italian Style Stuffed Chicken
Italian Style Stuffed Chicken Breast
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- provolone cheese sliced
- fresh tomato
-fresh basil
- oregano dry
- parsley dry
- balsamic vinegar
- salt, pepper
- large toothpicks
Directions:
- place chicken breasts on a cutting board and cover with plastic
- pound chicken until flat
- place slices of provolone on top of chicken
- add tomato and basil on top
- sprinkle dry spices
- drizzle balsamic vinegar
- roll chicken and secure with toothpicks
- top off with more spices and balsamic
- bbq on the grill until chicken is cooked through
- brown the chicken in the pan after it is rolled
- bake at 400 for 30 minutes
