Hashbrown Potato Soup

 

Hashbrown Potato Soup in the crockpot....so good!!!
 
-1 bag frozen hashbrown southern style squares
-28 oz chicken broth
-2 cans cream of chicken
-1/2 chopped onion
-pepper to taste
-8 oz cream cheese cubed
 
*another option is to substitute mascarpone cheese the last 30 minutes instead of cream cheese. Both ways are delicious!!
Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours and then low for 1 1/2 hours.
