Slow Cooker Pot Roast


This meal will have you salivating all day while in the house smelling it!!  With this easy, yet delicious crockpot meal, you will be hooked!! This Pot Roast recipe can sit in the crock pot all day while you are at work or can cook on a nice chilly day on the weekend!!  Its a good, hearty meal that will satisfy the entire family and they will be begging for more...guaranteed!!!




 Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Pot Roast
- carrots (sliced)
- frozen peas
- 2 onions (I cut mine a little larger)
- 3 potatoes cut in cubes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (use low fat if you prefer)
- 1 packet of dry onion soup mix 
- garlic powder
- sea salt/pepper




Directions:
- spray the crockpot
- add cream of mushroom soup and dry onion soup (stir)
- dip the raw pot roast in flour (may want to add seasonings such as garlic powder)
- place raw meat in the crockpot
- add carrots, peas, onions, potatoes (mix)
- add a dash of sea salt and pepper for more flavor (mix)

Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4
