Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pineapple Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 1 pepper (I used 1/2 red, 1/2 yellow)
- 1 15 oz can pineapple with juice
- 1 jar salsa (I used 1 small container fresh from the deli counter)
Directions:
1. Spray crock pot with oil.
2. Place chicken in the crockpot.
3. Slice peppers thin.
4. Add remaining ingredients in the crockpot. Include the pineapple juice for extra flavor. (optional to drain)
5. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6.
