Avocado Toast with Tomatoes
Simple, healthy and super tasty!! Try this the next time you are looking for a quick lunch or snack. The toasted bread gives it a nice crunch. For those that love avocado, this is a must!!

Ingredients:
1 ripe medium avocado, mashed
1 dash sea salt
1 dash fresh ground black pepper
2 tsp. fresh lime (or lemon) juice
4 slices whole-grain bread, toasted
1 large tomato or 2 medium
Balsamic Vinegar
Preparation:
1. Combine avocado, salt, pepper, and lime juice in a medium bowl; mash until well mixed and slightly chunky.

2. Evenly spread avocado onto each slice of toast. Top evenly with tomatoes.
3. Pour balsamic vinegar on top.
