Clean Crockpot Cream of Chicken

Cream of Chicken and Rice in the CROCKPOT

This was such an EASY recipe!  Just throw it in the crockpot in less than 5 minutes and let it cook for the day.  A creamy meal that is great over brown rice or wheat pasta!

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1 onion chopped
1 container of fresh mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups dry white wine
2 cloves of garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste
*Add a bit of red pepper flakes for some kick!


 Directions:
- Place chicken breasts in crockpot
- Pour cream of chicken on top
- add white wine, mushrooms, onion, garlic, salt, pepper
* add chicken bouillon cube if desired for more chicken flavor

Cook on high 3-4 hours or low for 7
Serve over rice or noodles!
